Obituary - Rich Robertson

Saddle Horse Report learned of the passing of noted horse trainer Rich Robertson on December 24, 2017 at the age of 69. Robertson spent several years as the trainer for Susan Phillips’ Alpha-Sun Stables, showing world-class stars across the country.
Robertson is pictured driving Reprise to the Two-Year-Old Fine Harness title at the 1983 Devon Horse Show. They went on that year to garner the Reserve World’s Champion Two-Year-Old Fine Harness Stallion/Gelding honors for Alpha-Sun.
Robertson is survived by his wife Bobbi and a sister, Karen Robertson Pfeiffer.
