North Carolina State Championship Charity Announces Judges

The North Carolina State Championship Charity, scheduled for September 10-13, 2014, has released the judging panel for the event. James Nichols, Chuck Herbert and Cindy Mugnier will be marking the cards for the Saddlebred divisions. Cindy Mugnier will judge the Morgan horses.
The week prior, the North Carolina State Charity Classic will run September 5-6, with Maria Gilman serving as the judge.
