National Academy Championship Has Moved and Improved

The National Academy Championship Finals has moved to the Miller Arena in Murfreesboro, Tenn. located just south of Nashville, Tenn. This facility provides 500 permanent stalls under one roof and a covered warm up ring and indoor arena. Judges for this year’s show are Nancy Troutman, Salem, Va., Cindy Z. Boel, Prospect, Ky. and Anne T. Speck, Valley Center, Calif. New this year will be Hunt Seat classes to include equitation and hunter pleasure. The Hackney Pleasure driving class will continue to be offered this year due to last year’s success. Proceeds from this year’s show continue to go to St. Jude’s Research Hospital. Sponsorships are now being accepted for the horse show this year.
