Mid-Ohio All Youth and Academy Show Announces Plans

The Ohio Academy Riders Tournament is pleased to announce the Mid-Ohio All Youth and Academy Show, a new show being held at the Midwest Livestock Center, Ohio State Fairgrounds in Springfield, Ohio.  The dates are May 27 - 28, 2006.

This is a new horse show designed strictly for youth 17 years and under and all ages of academy.  There is a full range of academy classes as well as youth open classes.  The open classes will include Saddlebreds, Morgans, Arabians/Half-Arabians, Hackney/Harness ponies, and TWH.  This show is meant to honor and celebrate youth riders, especially the academy riders who don’t always have the opportunity to compete at the larger shows. Clinics, demonstrations, and other activities are also being planned for this special show.
