A Memorable Waterford Holiday

Kathleen, Kendra, and Lynn Peeples

Lynn and Kathleen Peeples of Waterford Farm opened their home in Buttzville, N.J. to clients, friends and family to celebrate the holidays on Dec. 16, 2006. The evening was filled with food, drink and merriment along with lots of good horse tales.

It was an especially memorable evening for 12-year-old Kendra Peeples. Attendees enjoyed the opportunity to watch Kendra’s recent award winning gymnastic performances on DVD. It was then time for her to open some Christmas presents including one very special envelope. Her reaction was priceless as she realized the envelope held the registration papers of WSG Mystic Impression (Fudgie) with Kendra Peeples listed as his new owner. It was indeed a great surprise for Kendra that her parents, Lynn and Kathleen, had purchased the grand gelding from the Brown/Klein family. There were many happy tears around the room, and everyone looks forward to Kendra showing off her athletic talents with Fudgie in 2007.

The weekend provided a great opportunity for many Waterford clients from near and far to visit with their horses, watch them work and prepare for the show season ahead.
