Melissa Moore To Judge Octoberfest

Officials of the Twin State Octoberfest Show (October 25-28), W. Springfield, Massachusetts, announced that Melissa Moore will judge the Morgan division, replacing Katie Mair who is unable to officiate. Dale Arnston will judge the American Saddlebred, Hackney, equitation and roadster divisions.
