Mark Van Zomeren of Timber Hills Farm celebrates with Sydney Robbins and David Stelljes after they took first and second in the Iowa Saddle Seat Equitation Finals wrapping up the Iowa Fall Classic horse show. Eligible riders must be junior exhibitors, must be a member of the Iowa Horse Show Association, compete in three of the accredited Iowa horse shows and then show in the finals. Robbins won the $1,000 scholarship and Stelljes won $500.

To nominate and receive the $50 discount, nominations must be postmarked on or before April 1, 2023. After April 1, the eligibility fee becomes $150 per nomination. UPHA Announces Changes to UPHA Challenge Cup Equitation Finals
The United Professional Horsemen’s Association, Inc. (UPHA) is pleased to announce some exciting changes for the UPHA Challenge Cup Finals. The UPHA Challenge Cup program was established in 1972 to promote the sport of horsemanship and saddle seat equitation across multiple breeds; qualifying classes are held on the local level with 13 national finals at the year's end.
