Mane Event To Host Good Hands Finals

The Mid-America Mane Event Horse Show, Oct. 22-25, 2009, is pleased to announce it will host the National Horse Show Good Hands Finals. This is the first time since the class’s inception in 1929 that the class will be hosted outside the East Coast. The Good Hands Finals is open to all junior exhibitor equitation riders and is one of the original jewels in the Equitation Triple Crown.

The NHS committee is excited to announce that William Woods University will be offering 10 $1,000 scholarships. The William Woods partnership, along with a wonderful package of gifts, parties and prizes, will ensure this final to be a truly wonderful experience.

Any questions on how to qualify for the finals or how to get a horse show to add a Good Hands class, please contact Joy Meierhans, 630-557-2575; 630-253-9765 (cell); 630-557-2626 (fax); JM@TheMeierhans.com .
