Luciel M. Hanks Commemorated

The directors of the American Hackney Horse Society are planning to commission a commemorative bust by artist Connie Foss in honor of Luciel M. Hanks. Hanks was the invaluable executive secretary for the AHHS for almost 20 years and they will be forever indebted to Luciel for her diligence, care and professionalism. The commemorative sculpture will be displayed in the AHHS Educational Resource Center.
