Dear Editor,
The Directors of the Midwest Charity Horse Show Association would like to thank the UPHA and its membership and the Saddlebred, Hackney/Harness pony, Morgan and Arabian communities for their generous support during the 66th edition of the Midwest Charity Horse Show. We are deeply honored and proud to have been chosen the UPHA Honor Horse Show of the Year as well as this year’s UPHA Chapter 10 Honor Show of the Year.
Since 1988 the Midwest Charity Horse Show, an all-volunteer organization, has donated its annual proceeds to Camp COCO, creating an endowment fund with Midwest’s contribution exceeding $141,500. Thanks to generous sponsors, Midwest was able to donate $7,500 to Camp COCO from the 2007 show.
Thank you again and we hope to see you later this year, June 17-21, 2008, at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, Ill., for the 67th Midwest Charity Horse Show.
