Last Chance for Reduced Rate Annual Meeting & Youth Conference Registration



 

Lexington, Ky. ­– TODAY is the final day to save on registration fees for the 2007 ASHA Annual Meeting and Youth Conference scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, February 15-17 at the Embassy Suites of Lexington, KY.  Registration Packages for both the Annual Meeting and Youth Conference are available at a discounted rate through Friday, February 2.

 

Registrations can be made calling the Association at (859) 259-2742 or by faxing a completed registration form to (859) 259-1628.  Registration forms are available to download online at www.saddlebred.com.  To download the Annual Meeting registration form, click here.  To download the Youth Conference registration form, click here.  Payments can be made by check, money order or credit card.

 

Annual Meeting Registration Package orders received by Friday, February 2 are $195 and include admittance to all seminars, forums and events.  Purchasing the Registration Package by Friday offers Annual Meeting attendees a reduced rate on the ASHA Awards Luncheon, the American Saddlebred Museum Exhibit Opening and Reception, the ASHA Annual Members Luncheon and the American Saddlebred Ball as opposed to purchasing each event individually.  The Annual Meeting Registration Package fee increases to $220 if received after Friday, February 2.

 

Youth Conference Registrations received by Friday, February 2 are $100 and include all activities and meals.  Registration is required for admittance to the Youth Field Trip to King’s Row Acres, Sunrise Stables and Blue Willow Farm; the Youth Pizza Party; the Youth Activities; the Youth Talent Show and the Youth Roundtables.  Admittance to the Youth Awards Breakfast, Youth Awards Luncheon and the American Saddlebred Ball are also included with Youth Registration.  The Youth Registration fee increases to $130 if received after Friday, February 2.
