Last Call for Morgan Stallion Sweeps Tickets!

The Morgan Stallion Sweeps, a raffle offering the chance to win a breeding service for 17 top Morgan stallions is winding up its inaugural year of ticket sales with the drawing scheduled for February 12, 2019. The Morgan Stallion Sweeps enables ticket purchasers to choose the stallion or stallions they would like the opportunity to breed to and enter a raffle for the stallion service. There will be 17 winners and each will be able to use the service in either the 2019 or 2020 breeding season.

The stallions available in the drawing are: Astronomicallee, Bazinga, Cedar Creek Harlequin, DBA Street Talk, Dragonsmeade Axios, Dragonsmeade Spectre, Dressed Up GCH, Futurity French Command, Get Busy, Graycliff Tony GCH, HVK Bell Flaire, Liquid Assets, Minion Millennium, No Contest GCH, Stand And Deliver GCH, Stonecroft Masquerade and Town Assets.

“We launched the Morgan Stallion Sweeps after a really successful program was established with Saddlebred Stallions. We knew that it would be equally successful in the Morgan breed and that it will promote the breeding of the Morgan Horse,” said Jenny Taylor, Chair of the Morgan Stallion Sweeps Committee. “The opportunity to breed to each of these 17 stallions for just $25 helps remove barriers and enables everyone the opportunity to infuse this great blood into their breeding program. We are excited to be able to offer the leading stallions of today and additional stallions that are not available publicly.”

Tickets are just $25 each and can be purchased up until the drawing on February 12th. The ticket sales will support a Two-Year-Old Park Harness class at the New England Regional Morgan Horse Show in July with prize money being paid through eight places.

To purchase your tickets, visit morganstallionsweeps.com or reach out to committee members: Jenny Taylor, Peggy Alderman, Lynn Peeples, Steven Handy, Amanda Hill or John Lampropolous. Tickets will also be available at the New England Winter Weekend, which will showcase a stallion presentation and session devoted to the Morgan Stallion Sweeps!
