Kentucky State Fair Announces Judges And Rule Change for 2014 Show

The judges for the Kentucky State Fair World’s Championship Horse Show have been selected. They are: Lewis Eckard, James Nichols, Jack Noble, Barbe Smith, and Jim Taylor. They will be judging all divisions; Mr. Noble will not be judging equitation.
Qualifying has been eliminated for Junior Park and Junior Park Pleasure Horses. The qualifying requirements for Pleasure and Park, six (6) classes in three (3) shows, will not apply to the Junior Horse classes only.
