Kentucky Fall Classic Begins on Wednesday with New Format
Tuesday, September 29, 2009
The UPHA Chapter 9 Kentucky Fall Classic has changed the schedule this year with afternoon and evening classes as the show moves into the new indoor arena at the Kentucky Horse Park. There will be an opening ceremony to start the show on Wednesday evening, and they have added an Amateur Ladies Five Gaited Class on opening night as class 9A.
As a reminder, the following classes were inadvertently omitted from the prize list. Please be aware that these classes have been added: 19A UPHA Roadster Pony Classic; 26A Saddle Seat Equitation – riders 17 years and under and 50A AHHA Youth Medallion Pleasure Driving Pony.
The show features the Bluegrass Futurity classes on Thursday evening with buffet and auction to follow the show; Friday night is reserved for UPHA Pink Ribbon night and Saturday night features the $10,000 Equine Roadster Cup while the show benefits Cardinal Hill Hospital.
