Junior exhibitor finals slated Aug. 22-28

The finals for the ASHA Foundation Junior Exhibitor Driving Challenge will be held during the Kentucky State Fair World’s Championship Horse Show Aug. 22-28 in Louisville, Ky. With a $10,000 purse, it is one of the highest winnings offered to junior exhibitors. The Junior Exhibitor Show Pleasure Driving Finals will be held Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 24, while the ASHA Foundation Driving Challenge Fine Harness finals will be Friday night, Aug. 27. There are five remaining shows offering Junior Exhibitor Driving Challenge classes that will qualify a horse for the finals. Those shows are the Santa Barbara National, July 7-18, Santa Barbara, Calif.; Boone County Fair, July 21-24, Columbia, Mo.; Blue Ridge Classic, July 28-31, Fletcher, N.C.; ASAW Summerfun, July 29-Aug. 1, Waukesha, Wis.; Blowing Rock Charity, Aug. 12-15, Blowing Rock, N.C.
