Judges Announced For UPHA 14

Chairperson Jane Morrell announced the judges for the UPHA Chapter 14 Spring Premiere Horse Show which will be celebrating its twentieth anniversary. Mike Felty will judge the Saddlebred, Hackney, and roadster divisions, while Sandy Sessink will officiate in the Morgan and equitation ranks.

The show committee has a full slate of parties planned for the April 17-20 event which will again be held at the Eastern States Expo Center in W. Springfield, Mass. Also open pleasure and open pleasure driving classes have been added to the show schedule.

One of the biggest changes will be the Jackpot Championship classes. These $500 championships will also include added monies from the entry fees and horses and ponies do not have to qualify to show in the championships. Those classes will be the Open Five-Gaited Championship, the Morgan English Pleasure Championship and the Road Pony Championship.
