Jersey Classic Horse Show Update

The Jersey Classic, scheduled for June 7-8, 2003, is once again to be held at the beautiful Horse Park of New Jersey located in Allentown, N.J. This centrally located facility has a newly completed 150 X 300 indoor arena along with permanent stabling and all weather outdoor rings.

Judge for this year's show is Ricky Harris from Somers, Conn. Over $3,000 in prize money is offered along with a fun Jackpot Command class. Full Saddlebred divisions and Academy classes are also being offered. Annika Bruggeworth and Friesian Season are donating free presentation photos to all class winners.

Hospitality is very important to the Jersey Classic show committee, so a free welcoming Pizza Party will be held Friday evening and the Exhibitors Party will be held following the Saturday afternoon session.

Classes are to run under the lights Saturday night and the show is scheduled for completion by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Stables may arrive as early as Thursday and leave on Monday.

The Jersey Shore is just a few miles east of the show grounds and Six Flags Amusement Park and outlet shopping are just 5 miles away.
