Jeanette Durant Injured

Jeanette Durant, lifelong horsewoman from Illinois and a trainer of many World Champion calibre horses was injured in a bizarre accident on Thursday morning at her Bell View Acres when a 3 year old colt reacted uncharacteristically to something and bolted while she was jogging the horse. Jeanette was thrown from the jog cart and suffered a broken collar bone and 4 broken ribs. She is hospitalized at Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights, IL

Jeanette has been a mentor, friend and confidante of many people in the Saddlebred show scene.

A card or some memento spurring her on to getting back to doing what she loves would be appreciated.
