Posted March 4, 2002
International Springfest Horse Show has been named Chapter 10 Horse Show of the year for two straight years. Show officials are as follows: Nelson Green; judge, Bill Carrington; announcer, Kent Moeller; ringmaster, Doug Shiflet; photographer, Howard Behl; steward, and Jane Mueller and Roger and Mary Kirkton; ring clerks.
