IASHA Spring Warm-Up Show Announces Judge, Exciting Changes for 2022



The IASHA Spring Warm-Up Horse Show, sponsored by UPHA Chapter 11 and the Indiana American Saddlebred Horse Association, will be held March 18—20 at C Bar C Expo in Cloverdale Indiana. The show committee is pleased to announce that Toni Knight Utoft of Belvidere. IL will judge all divisions of the 13th annual event.

The Spring Warm-Up also delighted to welcome David “Tuffy” Owens as its new manager. 

One of the most popular kick-off events on the Midwest circuit, the Spring Warm-up boasts an outstanding facility at C Bar C, with 500 stalls, show arena, make-up ring, vendors and seating areas located inside a single, heated building. The facility has made several exciting improvements for 20022 including mats in all stalls and aisles, new roof and ventilation, and anti-dust material added to the footing in all arenas.

By popular demand an additional performance session will be added to the schedule on Friday afternoon, March 18. A qualifying show for the Monarch Show Series, the Warm-Up is also an ASHBA Star Show and recognized by Mid-America, Tri-State, IASPHA and the American Dutch Harness Horse Association.

The Spring Warm-Up offers complete divisions for Saddlebreds, Hackney ponies, roadsters, Dutch Harness Horses, single bit pleasure and saddle seat equitation, plus one of the largest academy divisions in the country.  The open-to-all-breed pleasure division has been expanded and will include open saddle seat, western, hunt seat and driving events.

The nearby Holiday Inn Express in Cloverdale will be horse show headquarters hotel, offering special rates for exhibitors. Rates are also available at The Inn at DePauw in Greencastle. Exhibitors should request the C Bar C rate when making reservations.
