Horse World Mourns the Loss of Danny Troutman

Daniel Edward Troutman
May 16, 1953 - July 21, 2021

Daniel Edward Troutman, 68, of Salem, Virginia went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

A graveside service to honor his life will be conducted on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 11am, at Mountain View Cemetery, in Vinton, Virginia.

Danny's lifelong love for horses and horse people is no surprise as over the years he has been the recipient of numerous awards from the many associations he belonged to: The American Saddlebred Association of Virginia, The Roanoke Valley Horseman's Association, The American Hackney Horse Society and The United Professional Horsemen's Association, just to name a few.

In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in Danny's memory to: The American Saddlebred Association of Virginia 5327 Sundance Road Salem, Va 24153-5804.

Funeral arrangements made by:

The United Professional Horsemen's Association extends our greatest sympathy to Nancy Troutman, former UPHA Executive Board Member in the loss of her husband Danny.
