Hester Kerr Passes Away



It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Hester I. Kerr, 97, of Springfield, Ill. Hester is the mother of long-time Midwest Charity Horse Show director and volunteer Susan Kerr. Details on arrangements will be passed along when they become available.

    The UPHA Board of Directors has voted to extend the discounted rate for Classic Nominations from April 1 to June 1 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
