Grand Re-Opening of the Elisabeth M. Goth History Wing at the American Saddlebred Museum



The American Saddlebred Museum is pleased to announce the grand re-opening of the Elisabeth M. Goth History Wing and the opening of the new exhibit, CH My-My on May 21. The new History Wing features an expanded history of the American Saddlebred from past to future, a virtual reality exhibit, life size mare and foal sculptures, children's activities, exhibits highlighting the versatility of the American Saddlebred, and interactive exhibits.

On May 21, following a ribbon cutting, Rob Byers will lead a panel discussion including personal experiences, remembrances, and anecdotal stories from individuals whose lives were touched by CH My-My. Our panelists will include Austin Waggoner, Bobby Joe Young, Dr. Clark Cleveland, and David Mountjoy. Hors d'ouevre and wine will be served.

Weekend celebrations continue on Sunday, May 22 with a Family Day from noon- 3:00 p.m. Families of all ages are invited to join in on a special day of fun with at the American Saddlebred Museum. This free afternoon includes art activities, games, story time, and some special visitors! Follow us on social media @asbmuseum for upcoming event details.
