Fred Nava Passes Away

Saddle Horse Report is saddened to learn of the passing of Fred Nava who had been battling cancer with the support of his immediate family as well as his horse show family. A popular show manager, Nava was known for his infectious smile and take charge attitude while managing such shows as the Morgan Grand National, New England Regional, Jubilee Regional, Far West Regional and Southern States Regional.

Funeral Arrangements for Fred are as follows: Wake is Thursday May 2, 2013 from 4-8 PM (or whenever we finish) at Shepherds Funeral home 216 Main St. Kingston, Ma. 02364. For the funeral mass on Friday May 3, 2013, meet at Shepherd's Funeral Home at 9:00 AM followed by a Mass at St. Joseph's Church on Main St. in Kingston, Ma.  There will be a reception following the grave site. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fred's memory to the New England Morgan Horse Show, PO Box 188, Kingston, Ma 02364 OR Cranberry Hospice 36 Cordage Park Circle Suite 326 Plymouth, Ma 02360. Everyone is welcome.
