Fourth AMHA/AMHI Ebay Auction Ready To Begin

In less than one month, the fourth season of the successful AMHA/AMHI Ebay Morgan Auction will begin. Thanks to the generosity of donors and bidders, the auction has raised more than $60,000. The funds raised through this Internet auction have helped to purchase a new laser printer, telephone and voicemail system, and computers for AMHA. Last year's fundraising efforts have allowed us to begin the redevelopment of the AMHA website. The goal now is to raise funds so AMHA will be able to put the database (Registry information) on the website. All of these items have and will continue to benefit the AMHA membership.

The only way to continue this successful Internet auction is through donations, both horsey and non-horsey, in order to meet the goal. Please check your shelves, attics, closets, garages, basements, and anywhere else that you might have a valuable item or items to donate. Now is the perfect time to send any Christmas items, including decorations and presents you have never used and would like to see someone else enjoy.

Remember your donations are tax deductible through the American Morgan Horse Institute. Items can be brought to the Grand National Morgan Horse Show. Stop by the display area at the Information and Ticketing Office in Barn 1 to see some of the exciting items available for bid. Items can also be sent to Barb Rudicel, AMHA/AMHI Auction, 6839 W. Isanogel Rd., Muncie, IN 47304. Remember that Ebay is available to anyone on the Internet, so it does not have to be a horsey item.

Visit the auction site at www.morganhorse.com, scroll down, and click on AMHI Ebay Auction.
