#foalsNfocus Winners

Many adorable photos keep coming in for Saddle Horse Report’s #foalsNfocus contest. This week’s winners include champion Julie Kaufman who submitted a Melissa Moore photo of a colt by Sedgefield’s Legacy out of Northern Luck who is by Northern Vegas out of Stonecroft’s Verbena. The colt is co-owned by Kaufman and Bob Hughes.

Reserve champion was a beautiful Avis photo sent by George Anne Majors Nash of her colt, born April 19th, by world’s champion A Rare Temper out of the former world’s champion of champions No Tan Lines. Top 3 honors went to Jeff Winton’s entry, another April foal, this one named He’s The Cat’s Pajamas, a son of (SA) Tomcat out of Briarhill’s Enchanting Lady. Lynn Kirchhoff took the photo of the foal owned by Winton and James Modica.

The final contest of the year is now underway. Please email your 2019 foal entry to [email protected] and include the sex and breeding.
