Falso and Roberts Open at Fox Meadow Farm

Jennifer Roberts and Peter Falso have joined forces in 2005 to form JP Stables at Fox Meadow Farm in Granby, Massachusetts. Cindy Mugnier, owner and trainer of Fox Meadow Farm, has decided to take some time off to enjoy life with her husband George Mugnier. This decision gave Jennifer and Peter the opportunity to run their business from the home of Fox Meadow. Jennifer and Peter have know each other for many years. They first met when Peter was the caretaker of Jennifer's junior exhibitor horse while riding with Rick Stevens. The pair have been around horses their entire lives.

Peter started riding hunters and jumpers when he was twelve and got involved with the Morgans after high school. He has been influenced through the years by Tom Caisse, Lynn Peeples and other trainers he was worked for and learned from. He not only considers them horse trainers, but horsemen. Morgans have been a part of Jennifer's life forever. Jennifer's mother Earleen Kenyon and her aunt Cindy Mugnier brought her up to be the horsewoman that she is today. She looks up to both her mother and her aunt as wonderful role models.

Jennifer and Peter work well together. Jennifer's strong points include working with young riders and their horses. She uses her patience in order to help them succeed. Peter has built a strong relationship with the horses. His knowledge and horse-sense have kept all the horses improving and happy.

This 2005 show season will be a busy one for JP Stables. Currently there are 22 horses in training. Two new additions to the stable are Remember When owned by Jill Chiecko and Liberation Madison Square owned by the Raucher family. This season JP Stables will be competing throughout the New England show circuit. The barn is filled with riders in all divisions, from Lead Line through adult. Jennifer and Peter are very happy with the transition, as are the customers and the horses. They have made it a point to keep the family atmosphere that Fox Meadow Farm has enjoyed over the years. All of the customers have stayed and to support Jennifer, Peter, and JP Stables.
