Horses are unique. Not only do they touch and often shape our lives, they also introduce us to an irreplaceable circle of friends and colleagues who impact our lives in such a positive way that they will never be forgotten. The AAEP has implemented a number of programs based on the appreciation that many of us have not only for our horses, but also for the friends and colleagues that have become a part of our extended family due to our relationship with the horse. Horses bring us together. They touch our hearts and form bonds that stay with us forever. These programs were chosen and implemented with these ideas in mind. They allow us to remember, and then take a step forward. . . for the horse.
