Equine Champions To Perform At M.T.R.A. Symphony of Horses

The Marion Therapeutic Riding Association is proud to present the Symphony of Horses 2004 “A Season of Miracles”! Please join us for an evening of beautiful music and amazing horses. The live blend of classical and pop music from The Central Florida Philharmonic Orchestra will again be under the direction of conductor Dr. Susan Robinson. This is M.T.R.A.’s major fund raiser with proceeds going toward the development of a second riding facility. The Symphony will perform in unison with national and international equine champions to create some amazing performances under the direction of master of ceremonies Peter Fenton. The champion stallions Grand Cru Dom Perignon, Arboria Noble Victor and Gulfwind Sir William will represent the Morgans along with Fred Merriam and his International Morgan carriage driving champion. There will also be a special appearance by the great stallion Tug Hill Commando. Don Judd and Maria Gilman of Judd Stables will once again bring a wonderful group of Saddlebreds to entertain the audience. The acts will also feature performances by Medieval Times, Chester Weber, Rohara Arabians, Pat Parelli and many more. There will also be a special tribute to the renowned Quarter Horse stallion Rugged Lark. Mark your calendars for Sunday evening December 5th, 2004 at 7:00 pm. The event will be held at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion, Ocala, FL. Call 352-840-5606 for directions. Gates open at 5:00pm for open seating. Food and beverage are available for purchase.
