Equine Affaire Begins Next Week

Lexington
, Ky. – The 14th annual Equine Affaire for the Midwest will be held at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio, Thursday through Sunday, April 12-15.  This equine exposition and equestrian gathering offers something for all ages, all breed persuasions, all levels of expertise, and all equine disciplines.

The American Saddlebred will be represented with a breed demo in addition to an exhibit featuring promotional and educational materials designed to inform attendees about the breed and attract newcomers.  The Equine Affaire in Ohio presents ASHA an opportunity to reach a broad audience based on an anticipated attendance of over 180,000 equine enthusiasts.

Equine Affaire will offer clinics, seminars, demonstrations, a trade show, the Young Rider Youth Pavilion, an American Riding Instructors Association test center, and Pfizer Fantasia – a musical celebration of the horse.  Also, new this year is the show featured on RFD-TV, The Extreme Cowboy Race, a competition in which horses and riders work through an obstacle course while being timed and judged on their abilities.  Top competitors receive large cash prizes.
