Eastern States Exposition Horse Show 2008

Eastern States Exposition Horse Show, Sept. 11-14, is happy to host the 2008 ASHA New England Regional Championship. Beginning this year, members will be able to declare a region where they want to show. This region does not have to be the same one in which they reside, rather where they show their horse. To qualify, members must show at three shows within the region they have declared and place first through eighth in the class they wish to earn a regional championship title.
The judge for this event as well as for Hackney, roadster and harness ponies and saddle seat equitation classes is Paul Boone from Concord, N.C. Nancy Troutman from Salem, Va., will judge Morgan, Friesian, saddle seat equitation and miscellaneous classes.
Other featured events include Big E New England Championships, NEHC Medal Finals, Saddle Seat Walk & Trot and the Junior and Adult Western Medal Finals. There are also several new opportunity classes.
