Diplomatic Son was laid to rest Friday, February 2 due to founder complications. "Son" touched many people’s lives and will be greatly missed.
Born in 1989, he was bred by Susan Vestal and was by Attaché and out Simply Furious (BHF), making him a half-brother to WC Simply Majestic, WCC Page Me, WC I’m Simply Radiant, and Oscar de la Renta, among others.
Diplomatic Son had a long and successful show career in multiple five-gaited divisions. He was owned by Wes and Sena Bowling and shown over the past few years by many of their riders. In 2006, at the age of 17, Diplomatic Son won five of six junior exhibitor classes at USEF shows with Krystal Murphy in the saddle.
Son will be forever loved by the Taylor Creek Stables Family of Davison, Michigan.
