A Day With A Trainer Fundraiser For World Morgan Futurity

Have you ever dreamed about going to a training stable and seeing how trainers work their horses? Now is your chance! The World Morgan Futurity is sponsoring a day with a trainer.

The impressive list of trainers offers representatives of different disciplines located in various parts of the country. These trainers have offered to share a day with the winning bidder. Some trainers are not only offering to share the day with you, but will let you ride or drive one of their horses, see the sights in their area, and maybe even take you out to lunch or dinner. A fun and educational day can be had by all.

You can bid on these great opportunities by four different ways:

1) Go to the World Morgan Futurity website, www.worldmorganfuturity.com and

put in your bid for that specific trainer.

2) Call the Information and Ticketing Office during the week of the Morgan Grand National to register your bid, at 405-948-6719.

3) E-mail [email protected] and register your bid.

4) If you are at the Grand National, come to the Information and Ticketing Office in Barn 1 and bid.

Bidding for each Trainer Day will start at $50, with bids raised in $25 increments. The auction will close at noon on the last day of the horse show, Sunday, Oct. 12th. Those people who have won the respective bids will contact the trainers sometime during the following year, and set up a time with them to come and visit. The buyer is responsible for transportation and lodging.

The following trainers have graciously agreed to participate: Arcuri Stables (Springfield, OR), Belleweather (Greenville, NY), Broadmoor (Kutztown, PA), Cabot Morgans (Falmouth, ME), Cedar Creek Farm (Perrysburg, OH), Cedar Spring Farm (Essex Junction, VT), Dragonfire Farm (Rancho Murieta, CA), Equitation Unlimited (Plainville, MA), Illahee (Newburg, OR), Fox Meadow Farm (Granby, MA), Garn Walker Stable (Auburn, CA), Gerry Rushton Stables (Gavilan Hills, CA), Hobby Knoll Stable (Duxbury, MA), Kohler Stables (LaGrange, KY), Lowry Stables (Seymour, IL), Luman Wadhams Stables (Warren, VT), Merriehill Farm (Marengo, IL), Old Orchard Farm (South Lyon, MI), Peeper Ranch (Lenexa, KS), Rand (York, ME), River's Edge (Elizabeth, CO), Rock Walker Stables (Temecula, CA), Singer Training Stables (Chadds Ford, PA), Society Stables (Troy, OH), Stonegate Farm (Portsmouth, RI), Triumph Stables/Indian Creek Farm (Roanoke, IN), UVM Morgan Horse Farm (Middlebury, VT), Waterford Farm (Buttzville, NJ), Whitney Stables (Cox's Creek, KY), and Wolf Creek Ranch (Grass Valley, CA).
