The 154th rendition of the historical Dayton Horse Show is pleased to welcome Tom Bombolis (Dunlap, Illinois) as the judge for this year’s event. Judging Saddlebreds, Friesians Harness/Hackney/ Roadster Ponies and Horses, Equitation, Dutch Harness and Academy. Bombolis comes to this assignment with a wealth of experience putting both Saddlebreds and Morgans to his impressive resume of showing stars to include: Ledgefield’s Sovereign Son, King Lear’s Fryer Tuck, Graycliff Rimfire, Bonnielee Future Flaire, By The Way, Arcola’s French Press with former stars such as: Callaway’s Forecaster, Candle Dan, She’s My Desire and He Walks On Water.
While in younger years, Bombolis worked with such notables as Bill Becker, Chet Nichols and Bob Irwin. With eleven years at both Glenmore Farm, Peoria, Illinois; and Arcola Morgan’s in Stillwater, Minnesota, Bombolis comes with a stellar resume with judging shows such as: River Ridge, Southern States, Asheville, Wisconsin and Arizona Futurities, New England Regional and with Syracuse on his slate for this year.
With over 40 years in the horse industry, Bombolis fits the bill perfectly to judge this UPHA Chapter 13 Honor Show.

Come celebrate with us at our 154th rendition of the historical Dayton Horse Show. Over many years, the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Volunteers have worked diligently to put together a horse show where always Owners, Trainers and Exhibitors come first!
It is with great pride that through these difficult times, we once again bring this wonderful horse show for each and every one of you to enjoy.
Now that Covid guidelines have lifted to some degree, we will once again have a modified Hospitality Tent, Exhibitors Party, Trainers/Caretakers Brunch, Box Seats are available this year, DHS Hall of Fame & Muck Bucket Raffle contact board members prior or at the show for raffle tickets.
