Charter Club Renewals Due April 30
Tuesday, April 26, 2005

The deadline for charter club renewals, scholarship applications and youth club renewals is Saturday, April 30.

To renew charter or youth club status or to submit a youth scholarship application, please send the materials to: ASHA, Attn: Jennifer Mellenkamp, 4083 Iron Works Parkway, Lexington, KY 40511.

Charter club renewals are $45 and youth club renewals are $25.
