Changes set to Blowing Rock

The Blowing Rock Charity Show set Aug. 12-15 in Blowing Rock, N.C., is moving its stake class to Sunday, Aug. 15, officials announced. The two-year-old fine harness class is being added on Friday, Aug. 13. Also, the three-gaited pony qualifying class is being moved to Saturday, Aug. 14. UPHA Announces Changes to UPHA Challenge Cup Equitation Finals
The United Professional Horsemen’s Association, Inc. (UPHA) is pleased to announce some exciting changes for the UPHA Challenge Cup Finals. The UPHA Challenge Cup program was established in 1972 to promote the sport of horsemanship and saddle seat equitation across multiple breeds; qualifying classes are held on the local level with 13 national finals at the year's end.
