CH Shoobop Shoobop Passes Away

RWC CH Shoobop Shoobop passed away Saturday, September 27. Sired by the great Supreme Sultan and out of The Magic Moment, he was a half brother to Belle Reve’s Voodoo Magic as well as Miss Chit Chat, a Broodmare Hall of Fame member and the producer of CH Polo Town.

Shoobop Shoobop was Reserve World’s Champion Five-Gaited Stallion in 1990 with Don Harris aboard. Bred by Ruxer Farms, he was owned for the last 11 years of his life by the Perwien family at Bluebonnet Farm in Bellville, Texas. It was there he had his greatest impact, siring horses such as CH MMMBop, Xuxa, Bluebonnet’s Challenger, and CH She-Bop.

Shoobop Shoobop was 24 years old.
