Cedar Spring Farm Reports Sales



The Sogoloff family of Cedar Spring Farm in Essex Junction, Vermont has been busy with a quartet of recent sales. The many time champion Bradvue's Sudden Impact has been purchased by Michael and Tori Mattozzi of Newmarket, New Hampshire. John and Sheri Lampropoulos of Northgate Stables were the agents for the buyers and have assumed the training duties. Tori Mattozzi and Sudden Impact have already made an impact in the show ring as they were named Junior Exhibitor Hunter Pleasure 14-17 Champions at the New England Regional. The Irish Revelation son was formerly owned by Kate Kertscher who was represented in the sale by the Sogoloffs.

The winning four-year-old Park Saddle performer Born Yesterday has been purchased by Donna Louzier of Concord, NH and Michelle Louzier of South Royalton, VT. The Tug Hill Commando son will be the new mount for the Ms. Louziers' niece Allison Wahrenberger of Lebanon, NH in 2003. Born Yesterday was bred and formerly owned by Cedar Spring Farm and will remain under their direction.

A promising weanling filly scheduled to be name Bella Luna has been purchased by Ann Hailey of Copper Beech Morgan Farm. The filly is sired by HVK Bell Flaire and out of the mare On Fire. The filly was bred and formerly owned by Cedar Spring Farm.

Gradell's UVM Connection has been selected by former AMHA Youth Of The Year Kathy Shepard Jones of Versailles, Kentucky. The four-year-old bay Tug Hill Commando daughter will be her new driving horse. The mare was bred and formerly owned by Drs. Jerome and Shirley Modell of Gradell Farm, who were represented in the sale by Cedar Spring Farm.
