Bruce Carroll Sentenced To Jail

On February 24, 2005, Chief US District Judge William K. Sessions III, sentenced Bruce Carroll to concurrent prison terms totaling 105 months on his convictions for mail and wire fraud. The court also ordered that Carroll serve three years of supervised release following completion of his prison term. Finally, the court ordered that Carroll pay $162,000 in restitution to his victims. Unfortunately, Carroll does not still have the money and will be unlikely ever to pay even a small fraction of this restitution obligation.
Bruce Carroll was the man who was claiming to be putting together video productions which were to air on RDF-TV. There were horse farms of all breeds involved in this scam from all over the country. He took money from many trusting horse farm owners and never provided the product.
