Show manager Kent Moeller announced that Jim Taylor and Rob Byers will officiate the 2019 Bonnie Blue National, held May 9-11 at the Virginia Horse Center, Lexington, Virginia. Taylor will judge the American Saddlebred, Hackney and Roadster divisions and Byers will handle the Morgan, Friesian and Equitation sections.
