The Gaited Gourmet, a cookbook compiled by the members of Trot.org Saddlebred Discussion Forum to raise money for the ASHA Equine Welfare Fund is now available for pre-ordering. More information about the cookbook is available by Clicking Here.
Cookbook organizers want to secure sufficient donations (tax deductible) and pre-publication sales in time to have the books available for the holidays. The price is $15. What a perfect gift for all horsy gourmands! Everyone knows that horse people love to eat well!
