2006 ASR Futurity Forms Now Online

Lexington, Kentucky – American Saddlebred Registry 2006 Futurity forms are now online, and can be downloaded from Saddlebred.com, www.saddlebred.com/prize-forms.
Forms for the Kentucky, Kentucky Amateur and National Three-Year-Old Futurities can all be downloaded, as well as the Combined Stallion Nomination form and the 2006 ASR Futurity Rules. Forms and rules can also be sent by fax or by mail by contacting Patricia Edwards, futurity secretary, by calling (859) 259-2742, ext. 320, or e-mailing p.ewards@asha.net.
Forms for all three futurities are due Saturday, April 15.
