ASR Futurities, Sweepstakes Grace Period Deadline Feb 11

Lexington, Ky. – The grace period deadline for American Saddlebred Registry Futurities and Sweepstakes payments as well as Three-Year-Old and Four-Year-Old new Sweepstakes nominations is Monday, February 11.
All payments and/or nominations must be postmarked or faxed to the American Saddlebred Registry office on or before February 11.
Yearlings (2007 foals) may be nominated to the Three-Year-Old Sweepstakes and three-year-olds (foaled in 2005) may be nominated to the Four-Year-Old Sweepstakes. Nomination forms can be downloaded on the Association’s Sweepstakes homepage at http://www.asha.net/Prize-Sweepstakes.
In the 2007 Sweepstakes, prize money was distributed as follows: Two-Year-Old Sweepstakes - $33,811; Three-Year-Old Sweepstakes - $116,139; Four-Year-Old Sweepstakes - $49,474. The American Saddlebred Registry Futurities awarded $272,664 at the 2007 Kentucky State Fair World’s Championship Horse Show in Louisville.
