ASHA Clarifies 2020 WCHS Qualifying Recording Concerns

The ASHA is aware spring show season schedules are rapidly changing by the day due the precautions and procedures put in place due to preventing the community spread of COVID-19. In the recent release from the ASHA we addressed that, “ASHA also has worked with the World’s Championship Horse Show, which has agreed to reduce the qualifying requirements for the 2020 show to 4 classes at 2 shows. After April 14, the WCHS will continue to work with ASHA based on the current status and national recommendations.

The ASHA wants to ensure that in addition to this change in qualifying requirements members understand that if you’re able to compete in the next 30 days at any ASHA Star Show held during the USEF recommended 30 Day Show Cessation WILL be recorded by the ASHA and count for WCHS qualifying classes and points.
