Applications Are Now Open For Two Scholarships Offered By The UPHA Foundation

The United Professional Horsemen’s Association (UPHA) is proud to announce we are now awarding two scholarships to high school seniors or freshmen in college who represent the show horse breeds. The scholarships are open to applicants who are high school seniors or those currently enrolled in college and planning on continuing their education. Scholarships are awarded based on the merit of the applicant's high school or college transcripts, a resume demonstrating extracurricular activities both in relation to the applicant's equestrian career, participation in activities in school and the community, and personal references.

New in 2023, the Sandra Hall scholarship rewards current UPHA junior members while the Maria Knight scholarship is for children of current UPHA professional horsemen. Completed applications are due in the UPHA office by May 31, 2023. For more information on the scholarships and the necessary documents please visit our website at https://www.uphaonline.com/scholarship.
