 Andy and Lynda Freseth and Kelly and Jeff Williamson had plenty to celebrate in New Orleans including Lynda’s birthday and CH Our Brilliant Belle being named the UPHA Overall Fine Harness Horse of the Year. Lynda was also honored with the UPHA Helen K. Crabtree Instructor Hall of Fame.
