AMHA Wins Lawsuit On All Counts

On February 25, 2004, Judge Robert Ruehlman decided in favor of the AMHA on all counts claimed by plaintiffs Robert Fraunfelder, Patricia Fraunfelder, Jim Dodson, Shula Dodson, Susan Ellis, Brad Fire and Dawn Fire in their recent lawsuit filed against The American Morgan Horse Association. The Court will issue its Finding of Facts and Conclusions of Law within the next few weeks. The Plaintiffs can appeal this decision to the Hamilton County Appellate Court within 30 days after Judge Ruehlman issues his order. It is AMHA's hope, however, that this unfortunate situation stops here.
