Adventures In Advertising Lands BearingPoint Contract

Adventures In Advertising/World Champion Promotions announces that it has recently won a three year contract with BearingPoint, a Fortune 500 Company. AIA is a subsidiary of 4imprint, the leading global distributor of imprinted promotional products, and is located in Shelbyville, Tenn.

“BearingPoint has been a great client for us in that it has allowed us to service not only a national account, but one with an international presence as well,” said AIA president, Jeffrey Howard. "We received their contract 45 days before the announcement of their name change from KPMG Consulting to BearingPoint and assisted in the launch of their new brand with all 17,000 employees in 159 countries across the globe."

BearingPoint was formerly KPMG Consulting and AIA supported the rebranding with the launch of a new on-line store. BearingPoint provides consulting services along five industry lines: communications and content, consumer and industrial markets, financial services, high tech, and the public sector. The company serves more than 2,000 clients worldwide.

AIA has designed a program to provide BearingPoint consultants with an on-line source of pre-approved promotional products to be used for client visits, meetings, training sessions, and other special events. The program is managed by the United States operation and AIA and special order groups have been established in the the United Kingdom and Europe. The on-line collection can be viewed at http://www.4imprint.com/bearingpoint/.

AIA operates in four distribution channels: direct marketing, corporate programs, premium and incentive promotions, and partner services. 4imprint is headquartered in Manchester, England with U.S. offices located in Oshkosh, Wisc., and Quincy, Mass. In addition, 4imprint has operations in France, Germany, Canada, and China.

The Shelbyville office is presently located at 190 Hawkins Drive, but will be moving to a new 10,000 square foot building currently under construction on the property behind Dabora, Inc. The company expects to move June 30, 2003.

AIA is also the leading provider of promotional products in the horse industry serving the walking horse, saddle horse, and Morgan horse markets.

Last year AIA was awarded the exclusive promotional products contract for Union Planters Corporation, a multi-state bank holding company that operates through 764 banking offices in 12 states. UPC is the 30th largest bank in the United States.
