UPHA Maria Knight Scholarship Applications Due May 29

The UPHA Maria Knight Memorial Scholarship is open to applicants who are high school seniors or those currently enrolled in college and planning on continuing their education. Applicants must have at least one parent who is a current Professional Member of the UPHA.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit of the applicant's high school or college transcripts, financial need, extracurricular activities both in relation to the applicant's equestrian career and participation in school and community activities, and personal references.
Applications must be received by May 29 of the year in which the applicant wishes to receive the scholarship. The scholarship money will be paid directly to the institution, university, college or trade school upon receipt of verification of enrollment.
