Heads Up: Traffic Impact for Friday Move In at the UPHA American Royal National Championship

Move in times will be impacted Friday, November 2, 2018 due to a campaign rally by the Vice President at Hy-Vee Arena (formerly known as Kemper Arena). At this time, we are unaware of what roads may be closed and will continue to update our constituents as more information becomes available.
It is anticipated the area, including the American Royal complex, will have limited access Friday from 10:30-2:00 PM Central Time. We advise you avoid load in during these times. The American Royal management is working with authorities to make this as easy as they can for our exhibitors and will notify you once more information is available.
